Job summary

Smiths Detection is seeking an HR Process & Change Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive global HR process transformation, with a focus on the Workday implementation. You will work with senior leaders to gather requirements and design future-state HR processes that impact thousands of employees worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Supporting global HR process transformation initiatives, with an immediate focus on the global Workday implementation.
• Contributing to the design of future-state HR processes that will impact thousands of employees globally.
• Working directly with business leaders to gather and analyse requirement.
• Facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Developing reporting, dashboards, and insights that support executive decision-making.
• Coordinating project plans, governance activities, and programme deliverables.
• Supporting testing, process design, documentation, and change readiness activities.
• Preparing presentations, communications, and updates for senior leadership audiences.
