Smiths Detection in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Transformation Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead global HR process transformation, including a Workday implementation. You will partner with business leaders to shape future HR processes and deliver analytics across functions.

The role requires a proactive, analytical mindset and experience supporting international HR projects, with strong collaboration andChange readiness capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience in HR, payroll, HR systems, or Workday.
• Exposure to project management, business analysis, or transformation programmes.
• Experience working within an international or matrix organisation.
• An interest in process improvement, digital transformation, and organisational change.
