Smiths Detection is seeking an HR Transformation Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape the future of HR in a global organisation. You will join a high-performing team driving a major transformation programme, including a global Workday implementation, process optimisation and payroll change initiatives.

In this role you will support global HR process transformation, design future-state processes, and develop reporting and insights for senior leadership while coordinating

• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Experience supporting projects, transformation programmes, process improvement, or business change initiatives.
• The ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsabilités

• Supporting global HR process transformation initiatives, with an immediate focus on the global Workday implementation.
• Contributing to the design of future-state HR processes that will impact thousands of employees globally.
• Working directly with business leaders to gather and analyse requirement.
• Facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Developing reporting, dashboards, and insights that support executive decision-making.
• Coordinating project plans, governance activities, and programme deliverables.
• Supporting testing, process design, documentation, and change readiness activities.
• Preparing presentations, communications, and updates for senior leadership audiences.
