Job summary

Smiths Detection is seeking an experienced HR Director to shape the people strategy behind the creation of a standalone global IT function and a growing Digital business capability. You will partner with the CIO to drive transformation as the company scales its technology-led initiatives.

You will lead workforce planning, develop talent pipelines, and support change across global technology programmes while working closely with senior leadership in a hybrid London-based role with travel

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced HR Director, People Director or senior HR Business Partner with significant exposure to Technology, IT or Digital organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning for the Global IT organisation and build talent strategies for growth and retention.
• Develop capability frameworks and talent pipelines across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, AI and Digital.
• Partner with technology leaders to shape a standalone Global IT function and digital product teams.
• Coach leaders through change and transformation programmes across global technology projects.
