Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engaging employee communications, including quarterly newsletter.
• Carry out HR administration and record-keeping, including training grant claims.
• Support recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding.
• Support employee relations to promote a positive workplace.
• Analyse HR data and contribute to HR initiatives and business projects.
• Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR trends.
• Contribute fresh ideas and participate in projects to improve the employee experience.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation while developing HR knowledge.
