Job summary

Kronospan UK in Wales is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape and deliver recruitment and people-related strategies across the UK operations. You will drive executive and senior hiring, improve sourcing channels, and collaborate with directors to ensure smooth onboarding and relocation where needed.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 or willingness to study, strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and proficiency with HR systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct recruitment for executive and senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience with visa and relocation for international staff.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to lead HR projects and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UK talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead Group-wide recruitment for senior appointments.
• Develop in-house recruitment solutions and reduce agency reliance.
• Oversee HR compliance and employee relations activities.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and support payroll and wellbeing.
