Job summary

eTeach UK Limited in Barnstaple, United Kingdom, is seeking a graduate with an outstanding academic record to join as a trainee HR professional. You will start by supporting recruitment, training, pay and benefits, then expand into broader people issues across departments.

You will be mentored, gain experience in policy implementation, and may begin CIPD qualifications in year two, funded by the college group. Occasional travel to Exeter is expected.

Responsibilities

• In year 1, work on recruitment, training, pay, benefits and supporting the team.
• Assist with background checks, contract changes, interviews and policy reviews.
• Be mentored by a senior team member and take on more responsibility over time, advising on people issues.
• In year 2, study towards CIPD qualification funded by us.
