Job summary

Kronospan in the UK is seeking a driven HR & Resourcing Manager to lead recruitment across UK operations, develop strategy, and partner with directors to attract talent and ensure onboarding excellence.

You will manage ATS, support international relocation, and drive HR compliance while collaborating with payroll, training and health and safety teams. This role involves occasional international travel and close liaising with unions as applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience with direct recruitment activity.
• Experience recruiting executive and senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UK recruitment strategy.
• Support group-wide recruitment and board-level appointments.
• Manage ATS and candidate shortlisting.
• Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers across the business.
• Produce monthly HR KPI reports.
• Undertake occasional international travel to support HR operations.
