Job summary

Invesco is seeking a generalist HR professional to deliver efficient HR services to employees and managers, supporting business partners and the broader HR team. The role covers employee relations, policy guidance and data-driven HR support across designated functions in the EMEA region.

You will partner with HR stakeholders, manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance with local regulations while driving continuous improvement and high-quality HR delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on HR policies, processes and risks.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global/regional matrix.
• Strong problem-solving and commercial HR mindset.
• Experience analyzing HR data and presenting management information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers within designated functions, supporting regional HR processes.
• Build relationships with HR partners, leaders and stakeholders across regions.
• Manage employee relations issues in coordination with line management and regional HR leadership.
• Counsel on employment policies, procedures and programs; escalate when appropriate.
• Support HR initiatives with education, execution and ongoing support across the business.
• Provide data-driven insights to enable informed management decisions.
