Job summary

Invesco UK Limited is seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver generalist HR services across designated functions and the EMEA region. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to manage employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational changes.

You will advise managers on employment policies, drive data integrity in Workday, and provide analytics to support business decisions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Advising on HR matters with policies and risks.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a global matrix.
• Experience with HR data systems, preferably Workday.
• Solid understanding of local/regional HR laws and regulations.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to analyze HR data and present management information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Commercial, client-service oriented, and confidential in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers within designated functions and countries (EMEA).
• Build relationships with HR business partners and stakeholders.
• Lead regional risk management activities and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on redundancies, restructuring, and policy rollout.
• Counsel managers on employment policies and programs with appropriate escalation.
• Ensure Workday data integrity and support HR processes from hiring to offboarding.
• Support education initiatives and continuous HR improvement projects.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support management decisions.
