Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. offers an Operations HR Intern role designed to immerse you in global HR within a fast-paced logistics environment. You will support employee relations, training and workforce analytics while collaborating with operations leaders on development initiatives.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience, work with a dedicated mentor, and have opportunities to pursue graduate roles after completion. Right to work in the country is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Current penultimate or final year and working towards a relevant degree.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for diverse teams.
• Learn HR functions across the Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational tasks and routines.
• Participate in process reviews to identify efficiency improvements.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
