Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in Wakefield is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern to join our 3-month program for 2027. You will work across HR functions in a fast-paced operations environment, supporting employee relations, training, compensation, and analytics projects.

You'll learn from a dedicated mentor, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to HR initiatives that impact daily operations and business goals. Applicants must have right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) required.
• Must be in penultimate or final year pursuing HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month internship and work 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Developing knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assisting with internal communication to align teams across countries.
• Helping develop training plans and materials for development needs.
• Learning HR functions across Amazon and staying updated on best practices.
• Providing support to employees on attendance, engagement, and compensation matters.
• Supporting HR teams with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Participating in process reviews to identify simplifications and automation opportunities.
• Compiling personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations.
• Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
