Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations HR Partner Intern to immerse you in HR within a global organisation, with projects across employee relations, training, compensation and workforce analytics.

You will work under a mentor, analyze workforce data, support casework, and help develop training initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1 or above).
• Penultimate or final year pursuing university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3 to 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon’s fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials to address evolving development needs.
• Learn about HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR queries.
