Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 is offering an Operations HR Partner Intern role within its global internship program. You will immerse in HR across employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics while supporting operations leaders and teams.

A dedicated mentor will guide your development and help you deliver actionable insights. Interns start at various times in 2027, with a path to graduate roles or further internships, plus relocation support and access to employee

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+).
• Full-time internship (40 hours/week) with 3–12 month duration.
• Currently in penultimate or final year of university.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR knowledge within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Support cross-country internal communications and collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving needs.
• Assist with daily HR queries and operational routines.
