Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 is offering an Operations HR Intern position. You will work 40 hours per week for 3 to 6 months, gaining hands-on experience across employee relations, training, and compensation within Amazon's global operations.

You will learn from a dedicated mentor, participate in learning sessions, and have opportunities for future graduate roles. Relocation support and a competitive monthly salary are provided.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
• Work 40 hours/week and commit to 3–6 month internship.
• Penultimate or final year in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving team needs.
• Learn HR practices across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify efficiency opportunities and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
