Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is offering an Operations HR Partner Intern program, designed to immerse you in HR across a global organisation. You'll support employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics while collaborating with operations leaders on diverse projects.

Expect mentorship, structured development sessions, and exposure to data-driven decision making. This internship runs part of an ongoing program with the potential for graduate roles and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Speak, write and read English fluently (C1 or above).
• Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6 months internship maximum.
• Currently in penultimate or final year studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communication to align teams across countries and promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs of teams.
• Learn HR functions across the Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals and priorities.
