Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. offers an Operations HR Intern opportunity designed to immerse you in human resources within a global organization. You will support employee relations, training initiatives, and workforce analytics while collaborating with operations leaders across regions.

During the program you’ll gain hands-on experience with data-driven decision making, mentored development, and exposure to diverse HR functions, with potential for a graduate role after completion.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year pursuing a university degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3 to 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications to align teams across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for team development.
• Support daily HR queries on attendance, engagement, and compensation.
• Participate in process reviews to identify improvements and drive efficiency.
• Prepare personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
