Haleon is seeking an HR Partner to provide in-market operational HR support for employees and managers, ensuring local compliance and efficient HR service delivery. You will advise on policy application, onboarding, and self-service HR tools, while also leading HR projects and change initiatives across geographical areas.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of employment law and local HR best practices relevant to the operating geography and able to advise & coach others in their application.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Guardian of the importance of data privacy and confidentiality.
• Expertise in managing HR projects and facilitating change initiatives.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and proactivity in resolving HR issues.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct operational HR support to employees and managers across local markets.
• Ensure compliance with local Legal, Fiscal and Regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
• Guide managers on onboarding responsibilities and promote use of self-service HR tools.
• Lead HR projects through full lifecycle including planning, execution and change management.
• Translate strategic HR programmes into geographically tailored initiatives and support deployment.
