Job summary

G's Group is seeking an HR Officer to support operational teams, driving engagement, compliance, and improvement across core people processes. You will partner with managers and HR leaders, delivering campaigns and systems rollouts to enhance the employee experience.

You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, building relationships at all levels, delivering People Plans, and providing ER guidance while maintaining data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months HR experience in an operational or generalist role.
• Good understanding of employee relations, engagement, and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with great attention to detail.
• Confidence with HR systems and data reporting.
• Desire to develop further within the HR space.
• This is an on-site only role.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Culture: Support Great Place to Work initiatives, cascade survey results, facilitate listening sessions, and coordinate action plans.
• People Planning: Work with HR leadership to create and deliver People Plans and track progress.
• Employee Relations: Provide triage-level ER support and guidance to managers.
• Operational Support: Partner on digital transformation projects, process improvements, and training rollouts.
• Learning & Development: Drive mandatory training completion and promote continuous learning.
• HR Data & Reporting: Prepare people metrics, reports, and board-level slides.
