Job summary

Haleon is seeking an HR Risk, Compliance & Policy Manager to strengthen governance, risk management and policy across the global HR function. You will identify, assess and mitigate people-related risks while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations and controls in a complex, regulated environment.

You will lead policy governance, risk frameworks, controls and regulatory oversight, collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit and Data Privacy, and drive remediation and reporting to senior

Qualifications

• Significant experience within HR, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, Internal Audit or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience operating within a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) environment.

Responsibilities

• Own HR governance: policies, standards and procedures globally.
• Maintain global HR risk register and drive consistent risk assessment.
• Design and oversee HR controls across payroll, ER, recruitment and data privacy.
• Provide oversight of HR compliance across the employee lifecycle and monitor regulatory developments.
• Produce high-quality risk reports and support HR risk forums and governance.
• Engage with HR, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit and Data Privacy for training and remediation.
