Job summary

Hudl is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead our HR Operations function across Europe, Asia and LATAM. You’ll translate global HR strategy into scalable programs, ensuring governance and risk management across multiple regions while partnering with senior leaders.

You’ll shape the roadmap for international HR operations, oversee policy alignment with local needs, and manage end-to-end compliance including contracts, mobility, benefits and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR operations experience, including leading teams in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits and compliance across multiple countries.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize operations and improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for international HR operations and advise senior leaders.
• Lead governance and compliance across contracts, mobility, benefits, payroll and safety.
• Optimize processes with automation and AI to scale operations and drive efficiency.
• Develop and coach the HR Operations team, setting SLAs and measuring impact.
