Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking an organised HR Coordinator to join an international HR team. You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits across the UK, Europe, and Asia, ensuring smooth employee journeys.

In this role you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, lead onboarding and inductions, process UK and European payroll, maintain HR records in line with GDPR, and generate regular headcount and recruitment reports.

Competenze

• Degree or HR equivalent with relevant experience.
• CIPD qualification or progression preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing; European payroll/benefits a plus.
• Experience with ADP and SuccessFactors; strong MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Managing recruitment end to end: posting vacancies, screening candidates, arranging interviews, issuing offers and contracts.
• Leading onboarding and induction, plus exit interviews for leavers.
• Preparing and managing outsourced monthly payroll for UK and European markets.
• Administering benefits across UK and European markets.
• Maintaining HR records and GDPR-compliant HR systems, producing headcount and recruitment reports.
