Qualifications

• General HR advisor experience across employee lifecycle.
• Experience advising managers on grievances, performance, and policy.
• Recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees across the business.
• Support employee relations matters ensuring legal compliance.
• Manage recruitment activities from attraction to onboarding.
• Coach line managers on people management and engagement.
• Assist talent management, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Support HR projects and organisational change initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
