Job summary

Headliners Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its People team. This hands-on generalist role blends end-to-end recruitment with HR operations, supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to leavers across the UK and abroad, ensuring a positive employee experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage recruitment campaigns, advise on UK employment law, and contribute to engagement initiatives while maintaining high service standards in a growing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR, People or Recruitment Advisor role.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification, ideally Level 5.
• Good understanding of UK employment law.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including ads, screening, interviews and hiring manager support.
• Deliver positive candidate experiences with clear communication.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and support informed hiring decisions.
• Coordinate and develop the work experience placements and visa support for international recruitment.
• Act as first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries and policy guidance.
• Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding, inductions and leaver administration.
• Deliver engaging new starter inductions, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Maintain accurate confidential employee records and payroll information.
• Support payroll data provision and employee relations case admin as needed.
• Contribute to employee engagement and wider HR projects.
