Job summary

Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join an established HR team within an international organisation. The role offers a balanced mix of hands-on HR duties and involvement in strategic people initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

You will provide practical advice on employee relations, recruitment, performance management and engagement, while supporting managers and driving organisational change through projects and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and employment law.
• Experience supporting managers with performance issues.
• Recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within a busy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with business awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations matters including grievances and performance management.
• Manage recruitment activities from attraction to onboarding.
• Coach line managers on people management and engagement.
• Assist with talent management, succession planning and development.
• Support HR projects and organisational change initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent policies.
• Contribute to employee engagement and internal communications.
• Provide HR data and insights for business decisions.
