Job summary

Blue Arrow in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Advisor to support the Senior HR Manager across employee relations, recruitment, talent management and performance reviews. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and HR administration while advising managers on policy, legislation and best practices.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years' HR experience.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience managing recruitment processes from vacancy through to onboarding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Experience using HR systems, HR databases and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HR Manager in EDI.
• Support recruitment end-to-end, including interviews and onboarding.
• Address HR queries and ensure policy compliance; update management on legislative changes.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including induction and paperwork.
• Support investigations, disciplinary actions, absence management, probationary reviews and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.
• Input data into payroll tracker and assist with payroll queries.
• Manage employee relations cases and support a positive ER climate.
