Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 and strong HR advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees.
• Advise on absence, health, disciplinary and grievances.

• Contribute to HR systems and internal communications.
• Present reports as required.
