St. James's Place in Cirencester is seeking a Head of Third Party Governance to lead global third-party risk and supplier management. You will ensure external vendor relationships are well-managed and risks mitigated, aligning with regulatory and internal policies.

You will define a comprehensive TPRM strategy, lead a distributed team, and provide executive guidance on risk and supplier performance while building a robust risk framework.

Formación

• Extensive experience across TPRM, Supplier/Vendor Management, Operational Risk / Procurement / Compliance.
• Experience designing and implementing TPRM operating models.
• Experience operating at senior leadership levels in a global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement a global third-party risk management (TPRM) and supplier management strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, distributed team responsible for third-party risk and supplier management.
• Act as the senior consultant to executive leadership on third-party risks and supplier performance.
• Build and improve the global TPRM framework, covering risk identification, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes, ensuring onboarding, management, and offboarding.
• Establish and manage supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and value generation.
• Ensure robust risk monitoring and reporting systems are in place for senior management.
