Job summary

PIC is seeking a seasoned Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to lead our third-party risk program within a regulated financial services environment. You will oversee onboarding, assessments, controls and ongoing monitoring, ensuring alignment with FCA/PRA requirements and strategic objectives.

You will drive reporting, KPIs and governance, leveraging Power BI and GRC tools to inform senior leadership and Board discussions.

Qualifications

• Knows TPRM lifecycle and supplier risk management.
• Understands FCA/PRA regulatory requirements as they apply to the company.
• Experience with risk reporting and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TPRM lifecycle end-to-end including onboarding and assessments.
• Implement risk controls and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and risk exposure.
• Deliver reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Communicate risks clearly to management.
