Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation is seeking a seasoned TPRM professional to lead and mature the third-party risk program in a tightly regulated insurance environment. The role focuses on regulatory alignment (FCA/PRA), risk-based supplier governance, and robust reporting to senior leadership across the business.

You will drive end-to-end TPRM lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, controls, and ongoing monitoring, while partnering with risk, compliance, and technology teams to protect

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in third-party risk management within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of FCA/PRA regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on due diligence, assurance and ongoing monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party risk lifecycle, including onboarding and assessments.
• Implement risk controls and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and risk exposure.
• Deliver reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Communicate risks clearly and proactively.
• Manage supplier relationships, KPIs, and SLAs
• Manage supplier issues, disputes, and exits.
• Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Use data to enhance reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain ongoing professional development.
