Job summary

Sompo Holdings, Inc. in London is seeking a Third-Party Risk Manager Lead to drive the operational execution of the global TPRM strategy within the UK region.

This hybrid role sits in the COO function and oversees external and intra-group third-party risk, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and data integrity. You will partner with contract owners, manage key BPO relationships, oversee governance forums, and report on risk metrics to senior committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in risk management within insurance/financial services.
• Knowledge of FCA/PRA, Operational Resilience, GDPR.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and embedding of the UK TPRM model across the region.
• Monitor supplier performance and regulatory obligations for external and intra-group vendors.
• Governance: chair forums with outsourcing providers and manage remediation actions.
• Maintain TPRM registers and provide risk insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support regulatory change monitoring and continuous improvement within Operations.
