Zusammenfassung

Sompo International is seeking a Third-Party Risk Manager Lead to drive the operational execution of the global TPRM strategy within the UK region. Based in London on a hybrid model, you will oversee external and intra-group risk, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across key operations.

You will partner with contract owners and regional teams to monitor supplier performance, manage risk exposure, and mature the TPRM framework in line with FCA/PRA expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; risk management qualifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience in risk management within insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FCA/PRA, Operational Resilience, and GDPR.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with TPRM platforms and data management systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation of the TPRM target operating model in the UK region.
• Collaborate with contract owners to monitor supplier performance and manage risk.
• Uplift standards to mitigate risk and mature operational resilience.
• Act as oversight contact for key BPO arrangements (e.g., Genpact, EXL).
• Ensure UK third-party engagements align with FCA/PRA and internal policies.
• Provide end-to-end governance of outsourcing and critical third-party services.
• Maintain the Third-Party registers and ensure regulatory reporting.
• Chair governance forums with providers to drive oversight.
• Lead quarterly TPRM Portfolio Review ahead of OpCo reporting.
• Report risks and remediation to senior stakeholders.
