Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Third Party Management within the Global Procurement function. You will coordinate third-party risk activities, steer the Relationship Manager team, and ensure alignment with TPM/TPRM frameworks across the UK footprint.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive governance improvements, and partner with risk and controls functions to deliver compliance and efficient supplier management outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within financial services is essential.
• Knowledge of UK financial services regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong third-party or supplier management experience across end-to-end lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and co-ordinate third-party management across in-scope entities.
• Act as main point of contact for third-party matters, advising local and regional stakeholders.
• Lead and support the Relationship Manager team (three team members).
• Oversee third-party risk, due diligence, onboarding, contracts and performance management.
• Manage uplift and remediation activity to keep actions on track and minimise overdue tasks.
• Partner with Risk, Resilience, and business functions to embed TPM/TPRM frameworks and support regulatory submissions.
