Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation plc seeks a well‑rounded TPRM professional to lead the third‑party risk management programme, overseeing identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring of supplier risks within a highly regulated environment.

You will implement risk controls, drive continuous improvement, deliver senior‑management reporting, and ensure effective governance of supplier relationships, KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in TPRM and supplier risk management within a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and SOPs.
• Proficiency in data-driven risk reporting and oversight to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party risk lifecycle, including onboarding and assessments.
• Implement risk controls and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and risk exposure.
• Deliver reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Communicate risks clearly and proactively.
• Manage supplier relationships, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Manage supplier issues, disputes, and exits.
• Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Use data to enhance reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain ongoing professional development.
