Job summary

Legal & General is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management Analyst to strengthen supplier risk governance. You will support risk assessments, due diligence, monitoring and reporting across the supplier lifecycle, working with Procurement, Supplier Management, Risk and the wider business.

You'll help embed consistent controls and oversee governance, audit and assurance actions while building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in third-party risk management and supplier risk assessments.
• Understanding of risk frameworks and financial services regulations.
• Experience coordinating remediation actions to completion.
• Ability to produce MI and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing operation of third-party risk management policies and controls.
• Coordinate supplier segmentation, materiality and criticality assessments, risk assessments and due diligence.
• Monitor supplier risks, assurance activity, remediation actions and incidents.
• Maintain records of supplier risks, actions and decisions in risk management systems.
• Produce management information, dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Coordinate governance, audit and assurance actions and track progress.
• Build relationships with Procurement, Supplier Management, Risk and external suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, data and ways of working.
