Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a global technology leader to drive platform engineering, AI and data capabilities across the firm. You will shape a self-service cloud and data foundation, scale analytics, and partner with business units to deliver rapid, safe tooling.

You will own platform operations, cost control, and vendor strategy while growing a world-class Budapest hub and leading senior leaders in a globally distributed tech org.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience building or operating enterprise-scale cloud, data or AI platforms and mission-critical infrastructure services.
• Proven ability to turn infrastructure, cloud, data or AI capabilities into reusable, self-service platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Azure, data platforms, DevOps, automation and AI-assisted operations.
• Experience owning enterprise network, end-user computing and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shared technology services powering the business and build platform capabilities for AI, data and tools.
• Own AI and data platform run-state and operate services behind Medallion architecture (Snowflake, Azure, DBT).
• Lead and develop Heads of functional areas into a high-performing global team.
• Grow the Budapest hub as an insourced center of excellence for platform engineering, infrastructure, and operations.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships, security, risk and service quality across the platform.
