Janus Henderson Group is seeking an experienced software engineer to build and operate cloud-native applications, data services and APIs that empower Alternatives Portfolio Managers to automate workflows with modern tools.

You will work with team leads to ensure alignment with architecture, deliver production-grade solutions, and contribute to automation, scalability and reliability while supporting investment teams across the full delivery lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade applications.
• Expert-level Python development skills across design, testing, deployment and support.
• Experience delivering cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS or similar.
• Experience building scalable data platforms and APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to build and support cloud-native apps, data services, and APIs.
• Deliver solutions aligned with technology architecture and engineering standards.
• Hands-on development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
• Engage with investment teams through full delivery lifecycle.
• Improve automation, scalability, reliability, and user experience of the platform.
