Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy Leader to operate at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, sales investment and executive decision-making.

You will tackle complex, unstructured GTM questions, deliver rigorous analytics, and shape executive narratives to align leadership on direction and investment. Your scope is worldwide, collaborating with Sales Leadership, GTM Acceleration leaders, regional teams, Finance, and Corporate Strategy to drive strategic initiatives and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy, sales strategy, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience building robust quantitative models for coverage, capacity, investment, or scenario planning to support executive decisions.
• Experience developing and delivering strategic recommendations to VP‑level stakeholders or higher.
• Experience in the enterprise B2B technology sector, including direct and two-tier partner distribution models and recurring revenue businesses.

Education
