You will partner with Creative, MarTech, Product, and Analytics to localize messaging, optimize landing pages, tracking, and onboarding, aiming for funded customers and clear payback. A successful candidate blends hands-on craft with rigorous judgment, treats markets as local

• You’ve built a paid channel from zero and can explain setup and outcomes.
• You run dozens of tests monthly with hypotheses, budgets, and metrics.
• You identify local growth opportunities across countries.
• You understand CAC, attribution, incrementality, LTV and payback.
• You know paid campaigns on web and app, including tracking and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize channels and campaigns with largest upside and payback potential.
• Launch tests with the right team across creative, MarTech, and measurement.
• Make markets feel local by adapting language, media habits, and rules.
• Assess results beyond ROAS focusing on funded customers and payback.
• Scale winners by converting into real campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with paid team to share learnings and improve efficiency.
• Follow the customer journey from click to signup and first use.
