Kraken seeks a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro is discovered and how traders become active users. You will build the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to attract high-intent traders.

You will work with product and design to optimize landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments, driving UX-led growth across channels and regions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally fintech/crypto/trading/gaming.
• Ability to lead a small team in a player-coach capacity.
• Strong UX sense to drive conversion and onboarding improvements.
