Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, Growth Systems to define logic for automated paid growth across channels.

You will work with engineers to translate specifications into agent automations and drive scalable growth across digital properties. You will refine AI-generated creative variants, QA outputs, monitor workflows, and extend automation to CRO, referrals, and lifecycle as the engine expands across growth functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance or paid growth, with campaigns run at scale across major channels.
• Deep expertise across core paid channels (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, programmatic/DSPs).
• Comfort with data, reading dashboards, and defining optimization goals for agents.

Responsibilities

• Refine creative and copy variants generated by the AI layer and apply domain judgment.
• QA agent outputs and define corrections to improve system performance.
• Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve automation; the system compounds with your input.
