Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Creative Strategist & Producer to shape briefs at the start of campaigns and to produce work across paid static, motion, and organic/social. You will partner with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing to drive sharper briefs and more effective creative.

The role requires a proactive, self-starting mindset, strong copywriting, and a deep fluency in platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and X. fintech/crypto experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative strategy, social, content or performance creative at a high-volume in-house team, brand or agency.
• Portfolio required with two or three concept-led briefs or decks showing shipped work and results.
• Include one data-led culture or trend idea with results and learnings.
• Self-starter who finds and ships ideas with minimal direction.
• Strong platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and X.

Responsibilities

• Write complete, concept-led briefs for paid static and motion, then brief into creatives and designers.
• Create and own briefs for performance creatives and social content.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing to sharpen briefs.
• Pitch original concepts for paid and social before being asked.
• Produce content for paid and organic across formats.
• Use performance data and social listening to inform ideas.
