Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Video Creative to own paid video across Kraken Consumer campaigns and product launches. You will ideate, produce and ship multi-market assets, leveraging AI as a core production method and maintaining high craft across formats.

You will lead concept development, adapt for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and work within a structured testing program to turn insights into repeatable creative pillars.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency.
• Portfolio required with two or three full video cuts, including at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece, plus a tested concept with data insight.
• Strong video skills from concept to finished cut, with sound design.
• High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show.
• Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, with tailored builds per platform.

Responsibilities

• Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns and always-on activity.
• Build content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, respecting each platform’s specs.
• Concept and cut performance video to ship complete cross-format sets.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted pieces; optimize tooling and workflows for repeatability.
• Pitch fresh, culturally timely concepts and convert winners into reusable pillars.
• Version and localize video across markets and languages, handling regulatory requirements.
• Design with testing in mind; interpret results to guide next creative rounds.
• Flex into AI-assisted static formats when needed; align with brand baselines.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams for timely approvals.
• Maintain high craft standards and clean files for reuse.
