Job summary

April Quest is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to lead the Export & Sales Administration function, developing the team and ensuring orders and shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.

The role requires strong knowledge of export documentation, customs, export controls, licences and international shipping, with cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Production, Purchasing, Finance and Quality.

Qualifications

• Proven people management experience with exporting or international trade environments.
• Customer-facing experience including order processing and shipment queries.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs, licences and international shipping.
• Ability to coordinate across Commercial, Production, Purchasing, Finance and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Export & Sales Administration function and develop the team.
• Ensure accurate handling of customer orders, shipments, service/repair activities and related admin.
• Own export/compliance issues and drive resolution and delivery of projects.
