Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sales Coordinator to maintain and improve customer service for offshore accounts and provide office and sales support to field-based Account Managers.

You will process and despatch orders, administer accounts (backorders, deliveries), liaise with Sales Reps and internal departments, and prepare shipping documentation to meet customer requirements. Tech literacy with Word/Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or administrative support is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
