APRIL QUEST LIMITED in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Export Operations & Administration Manager to lead the export and sales administration function, develop the team and ensure orders, shipments and service/repair activities are managed accurately.

The role requires practical knowledge of export documentation, customs, licences and international shipping, plus strong commercial awareness and collaboration with Commercial, Production, Purchasing, Finance and Quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading admin & export teams in a manufacturing/high-technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs, licences and international shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Export & Sales Administration function and develop the team.
• Ensure customer orders, domestic and international shipments, and service/repair activity are handled accurately.
• Manage export/compliance issues and drive resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide strong customer-facing support for order processing and shipment queries.
