Job summary

Evolution Power Tools in the United Kingdom invites an experienced customer service and export coordinator to join a hybrid role. You will support customer inquiries, process orders and warranty claims, and coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners across the EU.

You will work with SAP/Salesforce familiarity, handle export documentation, and help keep CRM records accurate while delivering technical guidance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ customer service or technical support experience.
• Experience with Export/import processes.
• Salesforce Service Cloud or SAP B1 experience.
• Knowledge of power tools or similar technical products.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and social channels.
• Process orders, replacements and warranty claims.
• Coordinate export documentation and EU shipments with 3PL partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records across IT systems.
• Provide technical guidance and escalate issues when needed.
