Job summary

Gripple UK & Ireland is seeking an organised Export and Import Sales Administrator to join our internal export sales team. You will manage export/import administration, coordinate logistics, and prepare shipping documents to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with customers, freight partners, and internal teams, handling orders end-to-end and maintaining ERP data, pricing, and lead times. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in export/import, logistics, or international trade administration.
• Strong understanding of export/import procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with customs, Incoterms, and international shipping requirements.
• Experience using ERP systems and maintaining order/customer data.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process international sales orders from entry to despatch and invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain export and import documentation to support compliant trade.
• Coordinate freight forwarder bookings and courier shipments.
• Produce shipping documents including certificates of origin and conformity.
• Manage customs processes, tariff codes, and import documentation proof.
• Maintain ERP data for customers, pricing, and order records.
• Support month-end activity with sales/export data and KPI reporting.
