Job summary

Copperfield Recruitment is seeking an Export Assistant to join a fast-growing team. You will be the go-to person for export operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining export documentation, and training colleagues on export procedures and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Some experience of working within Exports.
• Proactive, organized and flexible with excellent time management.
• Strong communicator and able to work well in a team or independently.
• Tech-savvy with good IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and manage export documentation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate export records and entries.
• Arrange collections and deliveries with hauliers/couriers and handle trans shipments.
• Issue export entries and ensure timely invoicing.
• Mentor and train colleagues on export procedures and compliance.
