Job summary

Univar Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an Export Trade Coordinator based in Cadishead or Widnes. This hybrid role requires you to spend at least 3 days in the office and to manage international export shipments in compliance with customs and dangerous goods regulations.

You will report to the International Trade Services Manager, coordinate documentation, liaise with freight forwarders, and work with Sales, Production, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely deliveries while

Qualifications

• English language skills required.
• Experience in international trade or freight forwarding.
• Degree or vocational qualification in business, logistics, supply chain or international trade.
• Dangerous Goods training (ADR/IMDG/IATA) desirable.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments to international destinations.
• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers for compliant shipments.
• Coordinate customs declarations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support audits within an AEO framework.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and account teams.
• Assist with continuous improvement of export and customs processes.
